What is CarPlay activation?
Many newer Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda and Audi models (2012+) come with a MIB2 infotainment system that already has Apple CarPlay hardware built in — but it's locked behind a software license. We perform the activation via a software adjustment, exactly the same way the factory does it. Nothing is modified or hacked: the feature is simply activated as the manufacturer intended.
The result is 100% original and indistinguishable from a factory option. You keep your original screen, no cables are routed, and everything works exactly as it should.

Compatibility
